Dr. Michael Hoang received a Biological Sciences degree from the University of California, Irvine, and went on to earn a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from the Western University of Health Sciences, School of Dental Medicine.
Following dental school, Dr. Mike completed a General Practice Residency at the Lutheran Medical Center in Los Angeles, where he honed his skills and deepened his knowledge of comprehensive dental care.
Since beginning his career in dentistry in 2015, Dr. Mike has been dedicated to transforming patients' perceptions of dental visits. He takes pride in providing a dental treatment experience that leaves patients with a positive perspective on dental care, especially for those who may have had unfavorable experiences in the past. Dr. Mike enjoys educating patients about their treatment options and helping them feel happier and more confident in their smiles.
Working with a team is another aspect that Dr. Mike deeply values. He is passionate about teaching effective communication strategies to ensure patients clearly understand their dental needs. Dr. Mike fosters an environment of transparent and compassionate communication, benefiting both the patients and the dental team.

Outside of his professional life, Dr. Mike is fitness-oriented, enjoying activities such as going to the gym, weight lifting, and playing tennis. He also has a passion for traveling and exploring new restaurants, believing new experiences add excitement and fun to life.
A fun fact about Dr. Mike that surprises many is his dislike for cookie dough ice cream, making him possibly one of the few who do not enjoy this popular treat.

The office was very welcoming and clean. The receptionist were very organized and efficient, I got in and didn’t wait very long to be seen. Once seen by the dentist the woman taking my X-rays was so kind and professional. The office was able to get info on my last deep cleaning immediately, so I got a basic cleaning from Dr. Hoang, who was very quick & focused with my cleaning. Definitely would recommend this office.
